Action Boot Camp will rev up your metabolism and burn that stubborn fat off your body.
Our program offers the fitness benefits of a military boot camp, but, with a positive, supportive atmosphere. Exercises will focus on strength, endurance, overall body toning and core training. You will have a better body, better health, more energy and feel less stressed.
PILOXING is a high energy interval training group fitness class that combines boxing, Pilates and dance. The PILOXING motto is Sleek, Sexy and Powerful.
SLEEK: Pilates training method to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
SEXY: Dancing to empower women physically and emotionally.
POWERFUL: Boxing training method that creates strong, toned muscles.
This program is great because it does not need boxing or Pilates materials. It combines the best aspects of boxing and Pilates and puts the moves to fun, and fast-paced music to provide a full body workout. To create more muscle strength and calorie burn PILOXING gloves are used for classes. They are 1/2 pound pink and black gloves that can be purchased online or wholesale by the instructor. PILOXING is also a barefoot workout. Barefoot training strengthens the muscles in the feet, which helps support skeletal structure, muscle function and quality of movement.
Most important, PILOXING is FUN!
